HT48R54A has 4K×15 OTP program memory, 192×8 data memory, 40 I/O, 2 8-bit Timer, 3-level Low Voltage Reset, PFD/Buzzer and 6-level Stack. Efficient program-controlled features, available in package sizes of 44 QFP and 52 QFP packages, are now available for sample and mass production.
The HT48R54A has extremely low operating power. When the system frequency is 32768Hz Real Time Clock, the operating current is 20uA (3V). After entering the power saving mode, the Real Time Clock continues to work. At this time, the HT48R54A consumes only 1uA ( 3V), so you can extend the battery life. On the other hand, it has multiple power supplies and grounding pins to effectively distribute the current supply.
