Before use, check whether the oil in the fuel tank is sufficient. You can check the oil mark on the right side. If it is insufficient, you should open the rear tank plate and add it to the oil tank. The liquid level should be at the oil mark.

2. Check if the oil filling joints and fasteners are loose. If it is loose, tighten it. Check that the dust cover should be intact. Check whether the safety protection measures such as electrical grounding and fuses are effective.

3. When using for the first time, first open the oil return valve, close the oil return valve, turn on the power supply, press the start button, the oil pump starts to work, then close the oil return valve, slowly open the oil supply valve, the piston rises a distance, There are no signs of jamming. If it is, it should be unloaded, stopped, and excluded. Open the return valve and the piston will descend to its original position.

4. Wipe the surface of the test piece clean and check whether the appearance is obviously defective. If it can affect the test value, replace the non-destructive test piece.

5. Press the positioning plate of the lower plate of the test piece in the middle of the lower platen, and according to the size of the test piece, turn the hand wheel and the lead screw to adjust the upper platen to the proper position.

6. Turn on the power of the measurement and control system (the switch is behind the measurement and control box), and press the operation steps to perform the input of the relevant data such as clearing and clock modification.

7. Press the start button to close the oil return valve, regulate the oil delivery valve, perform the load test smoothly at the required rate, and the test piece is crushed and the load is reduced. The return valve is then opened to allow the fluid to quickly flow back to the tank.

8. At the end of the test, press the “Print” button on the panel. The printer can print out the test report for this time.

9. When operating, the height of the lower platen should not exceed 4cm (or the marking line on the column) to avoid accidents.

10. In the operation, it is forbidden to place any part of the human body between the upper and lower pressure plates, and pay attention to the broken pieces of the test pieces when they are broken.

11. Immediately after the test, the broken test block is removed for the next test. When the test is no longer performed, open the return valve, close the oil supply valve, and cut off the power.

Sixth, pressure testing machine maintenance and oil

1. The inside and outside of the test machine should be kept clean and tidy to prevent corrosion of all parts.

2. Always check if the oil is clean or not. In general, the oil should be discharged from the oil tank at least once a week, depending on the degree of oil pollution, until there is no dirt in the discharged oil. Frequent users should remove the inspection and clean the oil filter once a month. If the dirt is clogged or damaged, the oil filter must be replaced.

3. When used frequently, you need to change the oil once every six months. At the same time, thoroughly clean the fuel tank, oil filter and oil filter net with kerosene. Repeat several times until it is washed, then wipe the bottom of the box with a towel, but then pour clean oil. If it is found that the oil turbidity is serious and can no longer be used, it should be replaced immediately.

4. Hydraulic oil specifications vary depending on the test room temperature. Suggestions are as follows:

When the room temperature is lower than 20 °C, use GB7631.1-87 anti-wear hydraulic oil L-HM46 (the viscosity is equivalent to the old brand No. 30). When the room temperature is higher than 20 °C, use GB7631.1-87 anti-wear hydraulic oil L -HM68 (its viscosity is equivalent to the old brand No. 40)

5. Apply a plastic cover to the machine when not in use.
