Renishaw has introduced a new model of the RGH24 grating readhead to support the latest equipment used in the advanced manufacturing industry. These performance-enhanced raster readheads are identical in structure and shape to the original RGH24, so they can be directly installed in the customer's product system. The electronics inside the new raster readhead have been improved to provide more clocking options for higher operating speeds. These improvements include faster interpolation processors and circuit upgrades that support higher data transfer rates.
