VII. Qualification requirements: The bidding enterprise must be an independent legal person with a registered capital of more than 3 million yuan. At the same time, it has the qualifications of the third-grade or above (including three-level) enterprise contracted by the relevant administrative department. 1. The business license (copy) of the enterprise, the qualification certificate (copy) of the construction enterprise, and the safety production license (copy);

3. Technical title certificate (intermediate or above);

5.
