I. Project content:
Package 1: LED P16 full color three-in-one suspension screen 100 square meters
Package 2: 1 set of aluminum alloy lighting rack
(Technical requirements are detailed in the bidding documents and schedules)
Second, the bid description:
1. Qualified bidders
Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law. Eligible manufacturers and agents can bid.
2. The bidders of the above equipment may vote in full or in sub-package, but may not unpack, otherwise they will be rejected according to the corresponding bidding.
3. We sincerely invite your company to submit a sealed document for competitive negotiation on the above procurement items, and fill in the format of the competitive negotiation documents in strict accordance with the requirements.
And bound into a book (one original, three copies).
4. Time and place for obtaining competitive negotiation documents: January 18, 2010 to January 21, 2010, Tieling City Government Procurement Center.
5. The deadline for receiving competitive negotiation documents is 9:30 Beijing time on January 22, 2010. It is deemed to be a late waiver.
6. Time and place for competitive negotiation: At 9:30 Beijing time on January 22, 2010, in the conference room of Tieling Government Procurement Center.
7. The supplier shall provide the following documents at the same time as the documents are submitted:

8. Bidding Price: The price quoted for this project is the delivery price of Tieling City. (including various taxes and installation fees)
9. Payment method: After the equipment is installed, commissioned and accepted, 95% of the payment will be made, and the balance will be paid after one year.
10. Equipment delivery time and delivery location:
Delivery time: January 31, 2010 installation and commissioning completed.
