2.0 Scope of applicationIt is applicable to the DC power supply performance specification test of all products of the company.

6.3.3 Test procedure
The "1" device is connected as shown above, and the output voltage of the AC source is adjusted according to the different voltage (110V/220V) of the power supply to be tested.
The "2" digital multimeter is set as follows:
a) DC voltage
b) Automatic range
"3" DUT (power supply) setting
a) Current setting: 0.02A
b) Initial voltage setting: 0.1V
"4" warm machine for 20 minutes
"5" turns on the object to be tested and the switch state is ON.
"6" records the measured value of the multimeter as the actual measured value of the object to be tested, calculates the set value error based on this value and the set value voltage, and records the data.
"7" records the readback value of the object to be tested, calculates the error of the readback value based on this value and the actual test value, and records the data.
"8" adjusts the voltage of the object to be tested according to the voltage rating of the object to be tested and Table 6.2.2.
"9" repeats 6 to 8 until the test object (power) voltage is 100% FS.
The "10" test object set voltage, readback voltage accuracy test is completed, and all test equipment is turned off.

6.4.3 Test procedure
"1" load CV mode
1) Connect the device as shown above, and adjust the output voltage of the AC source according to the different voltage of the power supply to be tested (110V/220V).
2) The digital multimeter is set as follows:
a) DC voltage
b) Automatic range
3) The electronic load settings are as follows:
a) CV mode
b) Setting voltage: 3V
4) The object to be tested (power supply) is set as follows:
a) Output current 0.1A
b) Output voltage: 20% FS ("3V)
5) Warm the machine for 20 minutes.
6) Turn on the object to be tested and turn it ON.
7) Record the multimeter reading as the sampling voltage (Us), calculate the actual measured current according to Im=Us/Rs (shunt resistor), calculate the setting error based on the actual measured current value and the set current value, and record the data.
8) Read the readback current of the object to be tested, calculate the readback error according to the actual measured current value, and record the data.
9) Adjust the voltage of the object to be tested according to the voltage rating of the object to be tested and Table 6.2.2.
10) Repeat steps 7 through 9 until 100% FS of the current of the test object (power supply) is completed.
11) The test object set current and readback current accuracy test is completed, and all test equipments are turned off.
"2" load CC mode
1) Connect the device as shown above, and adjust the output voltage of the AC source according to the different voltage of the power supply to be tested (110V/220V).
2) The digital multimeter is set as follows:
a) DC voltage
b) Automatic range
3) The electronic load settings are as follows:
a) CC mode
b) Set the current: the load enters the short circuit mode
4) The object to be tested (power supply) is set as follows:
a) Output current 0.1A
b) Output voltage: 20% FS ("3V)
5) Warm the machine for 20 minutes.
6) Turn on the object to be tested and turn it ON.
7) Record the multimeter reading as the sampling voltage (Us), calculate the actual measured current according to Im=Us/Rs (shunt resistor), calculate the setting error based on the actual measured current value and the set current value, and record the data.
8) Read the readback current of the object to be tested, calculate the readback error according to the actual measured current value, and record the data.
