On May 3, Ai Siqiang announced that its customer, Yuyuan Optoelectronics, has signed a new order to order several MOCVD systems. The new order includes four 19x4 inch wafer configurations CRIUS® II-XL system and two 14x4 inch wafer configuration G5 HT reactors, which will be used to fabricate Ultra-High Brightness GaN blue and White light emitting diode (LED) products.
The order will be delivered between the third quarter and the fourth quarter, and the system will be installed and commissioned at the new state-of-the-art facility in the Pin-Jen Industrial Zone in Taiwan. Yuyuan said that the CRIUS® II-XL system was started a few months ago, and they were ordered to extend the epitaxial system to Ai Siqiang because they were preparing to increase their capacity in the new plant in the Pin-Jen industrial zone. Yuyuan said that Ai Siqiang's system has the shortest production time, the highest efficiency, output and profit, which is in line with their needs.
