The "Notice" also stated that the regional grid capacity electricity price as the upper-level grid sharing cost, recovered through the provincial grid transmission and distribution price, is no longer charged to market trading users; if the first regulatory cycle is not included in the provincial grid transmission and distribution price, then Market trading users are charged separately.
