User spending reduces high-end mobile phones to sell?

Gartner, an international research and consultancy, said that in 2016, the total number of devices shipped worldwide including personal computers (PCs), tablets, ultramobiles and mobile phones is expected to reach 2.4 billion units, up 1.9% from 2015. The cost of end users spending on the device is expected to decline for the first time and will shrink by 0.5% in dollar value.
