From the traditional light source and energy-saving lamps in Europe, the attitude is that the power factor is below 25W, and the above is required for more than 35W. The main reason is that the power consumption below 25W is too small, even if the effect of 0.5 is not large, even for living room headlights. There are 8 15W energy-saving lamps, only 120W, but the power factor is 0.5, which means that the current is changed from 0.6 amps to 1.2 amps (the continental voltage is 220V). The average line diameter of the general house is 1.6mm, which can withstand 15 amps. There is a danger of electric fire, so there is no need to stipulate high power.
