1. 2. In the past, when the principle was not understood, most of the outlet locations were taken along with other accompanying cables, coming out from the top or bottom of the cable well. In this case, considering that only half of the cable is moving, the other half is only a fixed extension connection, no movement, we call this part "moving cable"; this provides a possibility: the half of the accompanying motion cable It can only be bundled with other accompanying cables; the other half of the fixed cable can be selected separately from the accompanying cable. The video cable is placed close to the vertical alignment of the well in the elevator shaft, and the cable is passed through the metal pipe. Or take the metal trough to shield the interference on this part of the cable, it is more effective.
3. When the video cable of the accompanying moving part is bundled with other accompanying cables, the designer should fully understand the structure and distribution of other accompanying cables. When strapping, the video cable should be kept away from the cable with high current and high frequency, close to the current with low frequency and low frequency. Cable bundling; here, even if there is a choice of 1 cm, you may have to fight because the interference effect is at least inversely proportional to the square of the distance;
4. The "ground" of the video signal such as the metal casing of the camera, the outer casing of the NC head, and the outer conductor of the coaxial cable should be insulated from the elevator car, the guide rail, etc., which should be paid special attention when installing the camera. The camera power supply should preferably be concentrated in the DC power supply mode, followed by the selection of the car lighting power, and the power supply cannot be used. For monitoring cables such as power supply and control, use shielded cables as much as possible to prevent interference signals from leaking out.
5. From the exit of the elevator shaft to the control center, the video cable should be taken away from the metal pipe or the metal trough to shield the influence of environmental interference along the road. Please pay attention to the shielding of this part and the shield in the elevator shaft. .
It is understood that the video signal line can be placed from the monitoring center to the video interface reserved in advance in the elevator room. The video signal line from the elevator machine room to the elevator car is completed by the elevator professional manufacturer (when the accompanying cable is laid out) The elevator construction professional unit reserves the video interface in the elevator machine room (the principle of taking electricity is the same).
