The second is the LED packaging application equipment industrialization project, including the development and industrialization of key manufacturing equipment such as solid crystal machine, wire bonding machine, and dispenser, and other equipment development and industrialization of LED packaging applications. The third is LED chip, packaging and application (lighting) industrialization projects, focusing on supporting LED standard optical components, LED indoor lighting benchmark system products, LED lighting products green manufacturing and other industrialization projects. The fourth is the LED packaging application supporting materials industrialization project.
