installation
1. Open the packing box, take out the equipment, and check all the parts according to the packing list.
2. The main unit should be placed on a flat, sturdy ground, fixed and reliably grounded.
3. Inject methyl silicone oil into the oil tank and check the oil drain nozzle and other parts for oil leakage.
4. The added methyl silicone oil is about 9 liters, that is, the oil surface is parallel to the lower plane of the beam in the sample holder.
5. Place the three sample racks on the tray and check whether the load rod moves up and down smoothly.
6. Connect the connection between the host and the temperature control box.
7. Connect the water inlet of the cooling water pipe with the hose and connect the water pipe to the sewer.
8. Check that each connection is correct. Turn on the power of the main unit and the motor starts to run.
9. Install the dial gauge on the dial gauge and fix it.
